**About WPC**
World Personal Consulting Inc. is a continuously expanding professional network of businesses and consultants spanning multiple industries. Members of this network are WPC Partners and they work in industries including finance, real estate, insurance, law, marketing, and many more.
WPC creates a platform for our partners to network and creates mutually beneficial business relationships while also meeting their advertising and business development needs. WPC serves four major purposes: networking, advertising, referrals, and business development.

WPC strives to meet the needs of businesses and clients through:

- The WPC Partner Network - a social platform that is free for clients to sign up for and use that allows them to interact with and acquire the services of businesses and consultants
- The White Glove Service - a paid service for clients that assigns them a WPC agent to acquire and arrange services on their behalf.
- Business Development Services - WPC offers business development services such as logo design, business card design and print, informational booklet making, website design, social media marketing, etc.
- Advertising Services - WPC offers partners the opportunity to advertise their businesses on billboards, on the WPC magazine and website, at in-person events, etc. WPC also offers advertisement creation services.

**About The Role**
As a Commission-Based Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to attract and recruit businesses and consultants to join the WPC Network. To achieve this, you will be required to learn about the WPC business model and acquaint yourself with current WPC Partners to learn more about why they chose to join the network.

Following this, you will be required to:

- Seek out potential partners through provided databases, online communities, and by visiting offices
- Learn about the potential partnerships to present them with the best WPC package to meet their business needs
- Provide clients with exceptional customer service by informing them about the WPC business model and informing on how they will be seamlessly integrated into the partnership
- Process membership sales and go through the contract with the partner and ensure the information is clearly and accurately presented and agreed upon
- Assist the partner with signing up on the WPC Partner Network and setting up their professional profile
- Follow up with partners to ensure their needs are met and inform them of any new advertising opportunities that are included in their packages that they can take advantage of.

**Who Will Succeed In This Role**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:

- 2+ years of sales experience in commissioned sales, marketing, or related areas is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and an understanding of how they can benefit business growth
- Passion for professional development and staying up to date on business trends
- Being able to build relationships with business partners and clients to ensure they are satisfied with WPC services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours and meet sales targets
- Hard-working and driven to accomplish personal and company goals

**Benefits of Working at WPC**
WPC offers the ability to work at your own pace with little supervision. WPC values the diversity of people and communities and strives to create an inclusive working environment that allows for unique skills and individuality to be utilized. Hours are flexible and in-person meetings are not required but in-person biweekly / monthly meeting attendance is encouraged if able to attend.

WPC’s compensation structure is made up of sales commission with bonus potential. This is a commission-based position and the base commission per sale of partnership packages or
WPC-provided services ranges from 5% to 8% depending on the products and services sold.
Health benefits are also available after the 6-month probationary period ends.
