Trip Support Inc. located in Toronto is going to hire the sales agent for the branch in Thornhill. The company requires a Customer Care Agent to join their dynamic and growing team.Position Benefits:

- Answer calls in priority sequence as per call queue
- Customer Service - Dealing with customers questions, concerns, and requirements regarding travel arrangements
- Fluent in English.
- one years travel industry experience or Collage - university graduated in tourism are welcome.
- TICO will be asked to provide at interview
- Call Centre experience is an asset.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written
- Strong Influencing skills
- Pleasant and professional phone manner and customer service orientation
- Good computer skills required (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, quick thinker
- Ability to handle customer issues & complaints
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work shift hours -- evenings, weekends, and holidays

Commission based $150 to $200 daily based on the lead coming from the website.

**Experience**:

- travel industry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence:

- TICO (preferred)

**Salary**: $150.00-$200.00 per day
