Food Production Manager

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to provincial workplace safety standards and preferably HACCP.
- Meet or exceed Bliss Dough established food manufacturing specifications.
- Leading a team of 4-8 staff, including recruitment, training and development, succession planning and performance evaluations.
- Maintains accurate order levels & ensures all product is available all the time.
- Food cost controls and monitoring of food costs relative to budgets.
- Inventory controls.
- Support divisional business and objectives

**Knowledge and Skill Qualifications**:

- Planning and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast
- paced environment
- Self-motivated, team leader with organizational skills
- Good comprehension of the English language, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work in an environment that encourages and fosters teamwork
- Knowledge of GMP and/or HACCP is an asset.

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
