Strathcona Spirits Distillery is a very uniquely positioned craft distillery. It is an eclectic, dynamic and forward thinking organization exploring several segments of the craft spirits industry. We are hiring an Operations, Sales and Business Development Manager as we continue to grow our unique and eclectic distillery across Canada and the world.

This is a top level business development role with full management responsibilities. Proven experience in management, biz development, finance as well as online business and marketing is required.

Understanding and knowledge of the beverage industry and its key players is also key.

Compensation will include targeted bonuses, profit sharing and the opportunity to become a significant stakeholder.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$152,861.50 per year

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

- Management: 3 years (preferred)
