Cafe Alchemist is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as a key player in our Front of the House operations. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Barista Duties**: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with excellence and efficiency. Barista experience is highly valued, as crafting top-notch coffee is at the heart of what we do.

**Customer Service**: Engage with our customers to provide a welcoming and satisfying cafe experience. This includes taking orders with a friendly demeanor, answering questions about our menu and offerings, and ensuring all customer needs are met with a smile.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff members to maintain a smooth flow of operations. Good communication skills are essential for coordinating with both front and back-of-house team members to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

**Cleanliness and Maintenance**: Take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting environment. This includes regular cleaning of the cafe space, maintaining work areas during shifts, and ensuring all equipment is kept clean and functional.

**Please note that this job requires ability to stand for extended hours.**

At Cafe Alchemist, we all wear many hats and adapt to the needs of the moment. While the above responsibilities form the core of the role, be prepared to take on a variety of tasks. Not every duty is listed, and roles can evolve, reflecting the dynamic nature of our cafe environment. **Qualifications**:
**Previous barista experience strongly preferred.**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A commitment to cleanliness and maintaining high standards.

Responsible, driven, self starter

Pay: $15.00-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 30 per week
