**Your Job**:
Working in a dynamic team environment, the TPM is responsible for:

- Collaborating with senior product management, sales, support, clients, and other TPMs to produce and manage their component's backlog and contribute to the product roadmap
- Lead the strategic development of new features and enhancements with ownership and development of a product roadmap.
- Translating product roadmap initiatives and feature requests into requirements, models, workflow diagrams, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other suitable artifacts
- Collaborating with other TPMs, Architects, UI/UX, and Team Leads to lead requirements through the design phase
- Identifying and coordinating cross-component dependencies throughout the development process
- Working with Product & Program Management, Development, and other departments to actively remove obstacles blocking progress and ensuring product initiatives are within schedule
- Supporting Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Provisioning, Professional Services, Technical Documentation, Training, and Technical Support throughout the release process with training, documentation, announcements, and other release activities
- Prioritizing and refining their team(s) backlog
- Attending regular sync ups with your product manager and other TPMs in your product team
- Leading sprint planning for your Agile team(s)
- Attending daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, demos, retrospectives and other meetings with your Agile team(s)
- Understanding the design, business logic, and technical architecture of their platform components and how those components interact with the rest of the platform
- Experience with any of the following is considered an asset:

- Designing security first and around audit requirements
- Software Key Management services
- Security, Authentication, Authorization, or Cryptography
- Administration and/or Identity and Access Management products and services
- Delivering micro services
- Large scale performance and scalability

**About You**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Experience with enterprise software and Software-As-A-Service (SaaS)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Experience leading cross-team initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
- Experience planning, monitoring, and reporting on project status for multiple initiatives/teams
- Strong requirement elicitation, analysis, domain modelling, use case modeling, workflow design, and documentation skills
