**Operator**:
**Main Functions**:
The Operator is in charge of process operations and warehousing:

- including responsibility for CCPs, GMPs, Food Safety, HSE,
- proper equipment operation, adhering to all Safety protocols, sanitation, communication,
- other jobs assigned,
- as well as collaboration with the entire Lallemand organization and Cornwall Lallemand team.

**Technical skills**:

- Experience with Food Manufactuing, operations, CIP, GPM and use of difference computer programs.
