**IT Coordinator**

**Job Summary**

Daily responsibilities span from supporting IT operations and maintaining comprehensive asset inventories to collaborating with external vendors to resolve issues. Furthermore, they play a pivotal role in driving IT projects to completion, including optimizing SharePoint sites, developing training curriculums and automating repetitive tasks, all while championing CED’s data and security protocols.

This is a full-time permanent position.

**Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site Deskside Support for hardware/IT issues that are challenging for the MSP to support remotely, including (but not limited to) CRM, printers, WiFi/LAN, Meeting room AV.
- Collaborate with Managed Service Provider (MSP) for staff onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Create intuitive guides and tutorials to empower staff in using CED’s IT systems.
- Support daily IT operations: system checks, software updates, and minor technical problem-solving.
- Document and update standard operating procedures, system configurations, knowledgebase articles and other pertinent information for team reference.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of software licenses, hardware assets, and IT resources, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Support procurement processes, including acquiring vendor quotes, work qualification, service delivery, and warranty/guarantee obtainment.
- Act as an emergency contact for all CED IT-related concerns.

You are able to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, both on-site and remotely. You possess strong communication skills and organizational skills. You have a customer service orientation and are proactive in identifying and addressing issues, and seeking areas for process improvement. Most importantly, you have a strong desire to learn new technologies with a continuous improvement mindset.

**Education**:

- Post-secondary education in technology or a relevant field.
- CompTIA A+ (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Minimum of two years of experience in a small to medium organization with similar responsibilities.
- Cybersecurity education or training, experience with MDM (InTune) and experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (and/or CRM in general) are assets.
