**What you’ll be doing**:
Based in Montreal, QC, you will be in charge of construction projects all across Canada. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to travel regularly. Types of projects will be store fit-ups mainly, but also new buildings, warehouses, and offices.

**For each project, you will**:

- Manage projects from feasibility studies to the handover of the store,
- Carry out technical visits and prepare the budget estimate for the project,
- Participate to the negotiations with our landlords, on the technical aspects, and in coordination with the development manager,
- Appoint the professionals,
- Coordinate the design and planning stages, with the architects and the engineers,
- Prepare the schedule,
- Identify the certificates and permits to be obtained prior to the store opening, and ensure their approval on time,
- Manage the bidding process, negotiate and appoint the different contractors and suppliers for the project,
- Manage the construction process during works, being responsible for the budget, schedule, quality and safety,
- Organize the handover process with the contractors and the store team.

Who are you?
- Architectural or Engineering degree with 1 or 2 years of experience in the construction or real estate sector,
- Organized but with a start-up mentality and agility to adapt,
- Know how to convince and obtain results (charisma),
- Like to work in a team,
- Sociable, dedicated and helpful,
- Open to field work,
- Sporty / sporting person,
- French and English speaking
