We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team who will work closely with management to provide a consistent, on brand look and feel to all of The Vancouver Club’s communications. Collaborating with all departments, they will work to promote the Club experience to existing members, and potential members and clients through each digital and in-person touchpoint. They will guide the Marketing team in communicating the Club’s offerings, history and necessary information to membership through e-blasts, social media, websites, and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the Management team on marketing strategies and execute deliverables of marketing plans as required.

Execute the member communication strategy using e-blasts, website announcements, app notifications, print ads, social media, and more.

Guide digital marketing efforts including social media and digital advertising.

Guide content creation for graphic design, photography and videography.

Ensure that all copywriting and collaterals align with the brand and identity of The Vancouver Club.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Formal education in marketing management preferred.
Experience with managing a team is required.
Traditional marketing and digital marketing experience, preferably in the private club, luxury lifestyle or hospitality industries.
Computer Knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, e-marketing software, Google Analytics, META, e-commerce). Northstar Club Software knowledge is a plus but is not required.
Excellent editing, copywriting and verbal communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and design.
Project management skills
Demonstrated superior customer service philosophy.
Must have a professional appearance and manner, a gracious attitude and the ability to interact with diverse groups as well as the ability to build strong relationships within the Club and Community.
Will be required to maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
