**Job Title**:
BRANCH SUPERVISOR- OPERATIONS, DISPATCH

**PART TIME POSITION (2-3 SHIFTS PER WEEK)**

**Main Purpose of the Job**:

- A Dispatcher is responsible for answering incoming calls and communicating with mobile units to ensure they receive any important messages. Dispatchers will monitor situations by phone or radio, use mapping software to locate the best routes, and keep track of the locations of mobile and dedicated units.

- Monitor Alarm apps & Attendance

- Daytime, Overnight, weekends, and holidays when called upon

**Position Summary**:
A Signal Branch Supervisor provides functional leadership to Signals Community Based Security Agents through the development and implementation of policies and practices essential to the effective management of day-to-day operations. Basic duties include protecting all sites and managing all reporting agents. All duties listed below are minimum requirements, additional site-specific duties may be required.

- ** Team Development**:Communicate with Clients, Team Members and Management effectively and in a timely manner, receiving and relaying feedback and executing follow up as needed. Can you create an environment of openness, trust and respect while coaching and developing Advanced and Agents performance?
- ** Project Management**:Complete understanding and execution of daily tasks and efficiently delivering services that meet the needs of the business._ _Can you complete your daily assigned tasks with the additional responsibility of reviewing the activity and incident reports of Advanced and Agents?

**Responsibilities**:

- Coach, monitor, and develop accountability for the individual performance of the Advanced Agent and Agents to align with company standards i.e. patrol completion, report writing, etc.
- Leads the Branch Manager Daily Scrum to communicate all service, property, post order, and routing changes.
- Schedules and conducts spot checks with agents under their supervision, providing feedback, accountability, and recognition as needed.
- Promptly and consistently report any client specific information or issues to the Coordinator, while helping to execute and provide resolutions to any client issues or concerns.
- Responsible for equipment inventory and maintenance including uniforms, vehicles, devices, phones, etc. while communicating needs and issues to their Coordinator.
- Participating in a performance review during recommended time frames with the Coordinator to enhance the Agent Brand Experience.
- Responsible for ensuring schedule is complete to fulfill contracted services and will cover shifts as necessary to ensure completion while minimizing overtime.
- Responsible for recommending and issuing disciplinary action for personnel in violation of the Signal Standard Operating Procedures. Furthermore, providing positive recognition for personnel going above and beyond the Signal expectations.
- Communicate with the Coordinator in the Weekly Coordinator Meeting to review weekly score card, route reviews, operation priorities, and all client related issues.

**Requirements**:

- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have valid drivers license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
