VWFS Protection Services Inc., a whole owned subsidiary of VW Credit Inc., provides a range of vehicle protection products, including Vehicle Service Contacts, GAP and Excess Lease Wear Waivers, to U.S. VW, Audi and Ducati customers.

**Role Summary**

The IaPS Business Planning and Reporting Analyst, NAR will be part of the North American Region (NAR) Insurance and Protection Products team and be dedicated to supporting the attainment of the Canadian annual revenue and sales targets. This position will lead the sales planning and forecasting process for the Canadian & US insurance / protection products business. This role is responsible for overseeing the production of different reports and analysis to support the strategy and operational tactics IaPS NAR. The position involves collaboration with NAR departments such as Risk Management, Controlling, Sales Operations support NAR IaPS strategy and vision. This role plays a crucial role in evaluation of new technologies and data science related functions for NAR Insurance and Protection Services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversees the processes for Data mining, manipulation and interpretation ensuring the quality of data for both Internal and Vendor data sources.
- Continuously evolves the IaPS Reporting suite by incorporating new reporting software to meet the needs of the business.
- Manages the distribution and quality control process for weekly, monthly and quarterly IaPS reports and KPI’s
- Maintains and updates the General procedures related to IaPS data and analytics function.
- Support the monthly review of financial close and forecasts from Controlling and provide business intelligence and variance explanations in relation to sales planning, including recurring monthly reporting packages
- In collaboration with Sales and Management, maintain a monthly / multi-year sales planning tool. This includes different aspects of the business model including mix of business and potential re-insurance / retro programs
- Development of the annual field sales objectives and actively report, manage and support attainment of annual sales objectives

**Required Qualifications**

**Formal education**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, analytics or mathematics
- Related Masters or Graduate Degree an asset

**Experience**
- 3 years in an analytical role
