The VGCA Accounting Shared Service Center is responsible for the reporting and financial statements of Volkswagen Group of America, Audi of America, Volkswagen Group Canada, Audi Canada, Bentley Motors Inc, Automobili Lamborghini S.P.A., and Bugatti of the Americas. The Vehicle Analyst supports both New Vehicle Inventory and Company Car Inventory through reconciliations, reporting, and aging analysis. This role also creates numerous reports that are distributed to controllers and partners at various levels of responsibility throughout the business. The Vehicle Analyst is fully responsible for the accurate manual recording of all Bugatti vehicle sales, cost of sales, inventory and related Accounts Receivable.

**This is a flex hybrid model, requiring 2 days in the Ajax office**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the creation, analysis and distribution of vehicle inventory reports-
- Manage and record all accounting transaction for Bugatti of the Americas, ensuring all processes are in line with IFRS and ICFR standards and requirements-
- Prepare all required balance sheet reconciliations by the monthly deadlines and communicate and risk or opportunities accordingly-
- Perform the entry of all new vehicle pricing requests in the SAP Vehicle Finance system, ensuring accuracy and completeness-
- Manage all system interfaces and perform required system reconciliation to ensure that transfers are complete and accurate-
- Support the vehicle inventory team in inventory aging and analysis-
- Support and perform all duties as required in relation to vehicle inventory counts-
- Support with ad hoc inventory related projects as needed-
- ICFR documentation update and testing-
- Perform variance analysis on assigned accounts-
- Required month-end reporting-
- Co-ordinate monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities ensuring compliance with IFRS and established timetables.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience; Accounting Designation or working towards CPA will be an asset-
- 3 + years of accounting experience, including reporting, account reconciliation and variance analysis-
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task-
- Excellent communication skills-
- Excellent organizational skills-
- Excellent computing skills-
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills-
