**Summary**:
Work/life balance is part of BFM’s philosophy - Our Administrative team works Monday thru Friday, typically 8:00AM to 4:30PM.

**Duties**:

- Greet and provide general assistance to visitors and patrons of the business
- Communicate the arrival of visitors to staff members
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain contact lists
- Receive, sort, and/or prepare incoming/outgoing mail; sign for incoming packages
- Order office and stationary supplies
- Manage/maintain petty cash
- Provide assistance/support to Social Committee
- Operate and maintain office equipment including printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Organize and schedule appointments; maintain daily/weekly calendar
- Participate in meetings and take detailed minutes upon request
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled and/or adhoc reports
- Data entry; bookkeeping
- Develop and/or maintain filing system(s), physical and/or digital
- Liaise with senior leaders and management; fulfill requests for administrative support
- Assist with special projects; may include but is not limited to organizing events, meetings, etc.
- Administrative support to departments within Logistics and Supply Chain i.e. procurement, parts, inventory control
- Administrative and/or customer service support to Dealer Support team
- Administrative support to any department or requiring assistance

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant coursework, certificate, or diploma in business administration or related discipline strongly preferred
- Familiarity with commonly utilized ERP software i.e. Sage, Microsoft Navision, MS Business Central 18
- 5+ years’ experience in office administration

**Work Environment**:

- Office setting

**Compensation**:

- Starting at $22.00/hr.; commensurate with qualifications and experience
- Benefits following 90 days of employment
- RRSP matching following 180 days of employment
- Social committee (no cost to employees)

**Other**:

- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation to commute to and from work daily

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
