Remote, Canada She Connects Full time

**About Us**

We launched She Connects with the goal of bringing together a community of young women. Through our mentorship program, we aim to foster relationships where women are able to share stories, learn from the experiences of others, and support one another to reach their own personal goals.

We aim for She Connects to be a nationwide community of women from every province in Canada. We want the program to be well-funded, sustainable, reputable, and most importantly, to have a positive impact on the lives of our mentees and mentors.

Our Mission is to connect young women by facilitating relationship building, mentorship, and knowledge-transmission, to create a supportive and interconnected community of women across Canada.

Our values are community connection, integrity, respect, and inclusiveness.

**Duties**

This role is an integral role of supporting She Connects. This is a volunteer position that seeks out partnering with external parties; Funding allows us as a non-profit to keep operating to support the community of young women. The official job title is Director, Sustainability.
