Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team. The Project Assistant will provide support to the project management team, ensuring smooth project operations and timely completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers in organizing ongoing projects
- Conduct data entry tasks to update project information
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and proofreading documents
- Handle customer support inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Utilize computerized systems for project tracking and documentation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure phone etiquette is maintained when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in project support or administrative assistance
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic clerical duties
- Exceptional customer service skills to interact with clients and team members professionally

Pay: $16.34-$29.35 per hour
