Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team. The Project Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the project management team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers in organizing ongoing projects
- Prepare and organize project documentation and reports
- Coordinate project schedules and follow up on deadlines
- Communicate with clients and team members to provide project updates
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Utilize Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- Support financial tracking using QuickBooks software

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in file management and record keeping
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures
- Knowledge of Google Suite for document handling
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office is a plus

Pay: $16.34-$29.42 per hour
