**What Will You do?**
- Supervise and lead a team of traffic controllers (Flaggers or TCPs), providing guidance and support.
- Develop, implement, and manage traffic control plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth traffic flow during construction projects and special events.
- Ability to perform traffic management field audits.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential traffic hazards and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Monitor traffic conditions, respond to incidents, and make real-time adjustments to traffic control strategies.
- Train and educate traffic control staff on safety procedures, traffic regulations, and proper use of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records, including incident reports, equipment inventory, and staff attendance.
- Keep equipment well organized and in working order.

**What You Bring.**
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in traffic control in urban environments.
- Valid TCP Certificate
- Strong knowledge of traffic control techniques, regulations, and equipment.
- Work is performed outdoors at construction sites dealing with inclement weather.
- Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required.
- Proper lifting techniques required may include lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Require standing for long periods of time.
