**Part-Time Telemarketer**
**Company: Atlantic Chemex**
**Location: 280 Main Street, Truro, Nova Scotia**
**Schedule: 3 days a week, 4-6 hours per day**
**Responsibilities**:
**Product Promotion**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and highlight the diverse range of chemical products, waste oil furnaces, and pressure washers offered by Atlantic Chemex.
**Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of customer needs across our product lines.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information on chemicals, waste oil furnaces, and pressure washers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Sales Support**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales initiatives, follow up on leads, and assist in achieving sales targets for chemicals, waste oil furnaces, and pressure washers.
**Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences in chemicals, waste oil furnaces, and pressure washers to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
**Database Management**:
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and lead statuses in the company's CRM system for chemicals, waste oil furnaces, and pressure washers.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in industrial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate features and benefits of chemicals, waste oil furnaces, and pressure washers effectively.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the chemical industry and knowledge of waste oil furnaces and pressure washers are advantages.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
