Reporting to the Organizational Learning Director, you will be responsible for implementing learning structure in operation support functions. You will have a team of 3 people and will have to work with operation management in all manufacturing sites as well as service providers. Functions to support are: Methods, logistics, quality, health and safety and Operational Excellence.

In your role, you will:

- Lead the definition and deployment of standard learning strategies for support functions.
- Be responsible to comply all competency management requirements in our quality system but also transport authorities.
- Document competency management in the company LMS (Learning managing system)
- Support on-site organizational learning teams to understand skills issues, conduct organizational diagnostics and present recommendations.
- Manage change projects involving different sites and different functions.

**Qualifications**
- You have a university degree in Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development and/or training management.
- You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience in manufacturing and/or project management and/or training
- You have demonstrated the capacity to lead change project in a multi sites and multi functions environment.
- You have good analytical skills, are organized, flexible and results-driven,
- You can work in French and in English (oral and written).
- You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
