Call Center Agent

**Job Overview**:
Join our dynamic motorsports store team, where we're passionate about providing top-notch service and products to our customers. We specialize in all things motorsports, catering to enthusiasts and professionals alike. As a Call Center Agent / Data Entry specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance with product inquiries, orders, and general support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product questions, pricing information, and order status updates.
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as needed.
- Verify the accuracy of entered data and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.50-$26.20 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
