**Job purpose**

Responsible to perform customer specification reviews, manage Quality Attributes Sheets (QAS), conduct nutrition validation process. This role plays a key part in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting specifications update, and fostering strong customer relationships through prompt responses to specification needs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:

- Conduct through reviews of product specifications to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation, update, and maintenance of specification documents for both new and existing products.
- Create and maintain Quality Attribute Sheets (QAS) based on customer requirements, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete and regularly updated.
- Conduct annually nutrition validation process to confirm compliance with various legislative requirements across regions.
- Ensure that nutrition information on product labels is accurate and within specified tolerances, updating records as needed.
- Maintain customer specification documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date information.
- Ensure that the specification database is up-to-date, organized, and accessible for audits or inspections.
- Monitor and track external and internal product changes, ensuring that any required specification or label updates are accurately documented and implemented.
- Ensure that all changes to specifications are documented and communicated effectively to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all specification review, QAS updates, and nutrition validation.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of product specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all customer-facing documents.
- Support initiatives to improve data accuracy and regulatory compliance across all documentation.
- Provide support in responding to customer inquiries and fulfilling documentation request.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology, regulatory or other quantitative discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in food safety, regulatory compliance or supplier management within food& Beverage Company or equivalent manufacture experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills for working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience working in a GMP environment.
- Ability to work around problems and come up with creative solutions.
- Orientation towards a continuous improvement culture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
