Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities in the market
