As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

Hatch is seeking an HR Co-op Student with interest in Human Resources for a 4-month internship starting in September 2024. Reporting to the HR Service Centre Lead, you will support offices globally working from our Mississauga Head office.

- Support with various HR generalist activities including new hire file creation, new hire onboarding, HR reporting and analytics, HR program and process review.
- Participate in the creation of reports and maintain databases
- Assist with day-to-day employee requests
- Maintain data in HR Information System
- Support payroll administration duties on an as needed basis
- Other administrative duties as assigned
**You bring to the role**:
- 2nd year or higher of a business/commerce diploma in Human Resources, or similar relevant program
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills an asset
- Strong MS Office skills with advanced skill in MS Excel
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors and/or SAP an asset

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
