**Responsibilities**:

- Forward applicable rental inquiries to site offices for response and follow up
- Forward tenant inquiries to Leasing Manager, Property Manager, AVP or Accounting (depending on nature of inquiry)
- Maintain open communications with on-site Rental Offices at all times and respond to questions/concerns promptly
- Assist in coverage for other portfolios when required due to vacation, etc.
- Approve or decline Rental Applications based on all information available through reference checks and Consumer Reports
- Ensure lease and lease packages are finalized and distributed in a timely manner.
- Follow-up on lease outstanding signatures through regular monitoring of applicable reporting and following up with Leasing Assistant, staff and/or applicants.
- Complete assigned duties required for Notices to Vacate/Extend/Rescind
- Process Tenant requests to add occupants or leaseholders as well as responsibility letters
- Update and distribute Rent Maps when required
- Provide secondary backup for branch administration team when required
- Process Requests to Rescind for approval by Property Managers
- Review and maintain Availability Reports to ensure accuracy
- Prepare weekly Vacancy Report utilizing accurate record-keeping and provide to Leasing Manager in a timely manner
- Maintain digital filing through the upload of rental related documents where applicable.
- Provide tenant reference information for external landlords
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills, Abilities and Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Rent Cafe is an asset
- Must be proficient in Word & Excel and the ability to learn new programs
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma from a recognized college or university is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer and related technology skills
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Must be proficient on the telephone
- Must be able to bring an enthusiastic attitude to a team environment

Additional Information

A satisfactory reference check, criminal records clearance, and proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 are required for the position, though the Company will provide any accommodation required by law.
