**Rotation/Shifts**:

- Days, including weekends, 8 hour shifts (07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00)- For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12);
- Six (6) months recent clerical experience;
- Successful completion of TOH medical terminology self-directed learing program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
- Data Entry (4000 keystrokes/hour);
- Basic Word;
- Basic Excel;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).

Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and English speaking clients.
