**WHO WE ARE**
ONE KIDS PLACE Children’s Treatment Centre provides rehabilitation and related support services for children and youth (up to the age of 19) and their families living in the Districts of Muskoka, Nipissing and Parry Sound. All staff will provide service within an interdisciplinary team environment committed to family-centered practice.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Job type: Permanent Full Time - 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Effective September 2024, OKP has begun to roll out an Alternate Hours program to provide services to our communities outside of standard business working hours (after 4:30 PM). Staff will be expected to participate, which may result in working alternate hours once per month to support this program._

***:Reporting to the Clinical Service Manager, the Psychologist will be responsible for assessment, diagnosis, consultation and treatment for children and youth referred to One Kids Place. The Psychologist will oversee the clinical treatment plans as referred including ABA services for children and youth across Northeastern Ontario. The Psychologist may be involved in training and monitoring of other team members.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Successful completion of Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology (preferred), **Psychological Associates with a Master's Degree are encouraged to apply**:

- At least three (3) years progressive experience working with children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Registration in the Province of Ontario
- Evidence of minimum of three (3) years experience working with children and youth who have a broad range of disabilities.
- Knowledge, experience and training in a range of interventions including but not limited to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), intensive behaviour intervention
- Experience using technology in clinical service delivery (e.g. videoconference, etc.) for assessment, consultation and supervision.
- Demonstrated abilities in diagnostic/testing and assessment
- Evidence of community development and facilitating interagency partnerships
- Resourceful and independent with the ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities
- Excellent communication (oral and written including public speaking) and interpersonal skills
- Travel, valid driver’s licence and proof of insurance required
- Bilingualism is an asset

**COMPENSATION**:$50.07 - $63.00 hourly (depending on prior experience as per our Collective Agreement).
