**Who we need**
Reporting to Vice President, Student Recruitment, we are looking for a Manager, Data Analyst You will innovate, implement and champion sales optimization strategies and tactics that position Yorkville Education Centre as the top choice for students seeking personal and professional transformation through higher education. Your work will directly contribute to the achievement of Student Recruitment start targets. Your goal is to empower Sales with data-driven insights to convert leads.

**What you will do**:
- _ Operationalize a data-based Student Recruitment strategy_. You will collaborate with stakeholders and data stewards to capture, analyze, and synthesize reliable data to guide the achievement of sales optimization. You will implement standardized data entry protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standards of data integrity and quality are maintained in the CRM.
- _ Analyze and present_. You will rigorously assess the Student Recruitment pipeline data and build digestible dashboards and reports demonstrating opportunities for improved lead conversion and areas of concern that require attention. You will analyze student acquisition costs and present data-informed recommendations to reduce costs without jeopardizing service quality.
**What you bring**:
- _ The education._ You have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Data Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- _ The experience._ You may be currently in a Business Analytics, Sales Analytics, Data Analytics, or Sales enablement and optimization role. You have:
- 3+ years of mining, analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting data from CRMs and data analytics platforms, preferably Salesforce, Tableau and Looker.
- _ The sales cycle and market knowledge_. You have a clear understanding of the sales function, cycle, and funnel management. You can proactively identify opportunities for sales optimization and threats. You are enthusiastic about designing recommendations and can simplify and present complex data for stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
- _ The project management. _You take ownership of your work and seek new opportunities for making an impact. You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, balancing autonomy and independence with executive collaboration and cross-functional teamwork. You can plan initiatives from concept to completion, managing budgets, variables and resources.
- _ The interpersonal skills_. You have effective and flexible communication skills, with experience building presentations, reports, and documentation to demonstrate data insights and creating processes to execute recommendations.
