**About the role**:
The Intermediate ERP Implementation Consultant actively participates in the configuration, testing, training, and go-live phases of ERP solutions, following best practices for the deployment and configuration of these solutions at client sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure the solution according to the analysis document, adhering to industry standards;
- Design internal training documents for the client and train them to become a superuser of the new system in place;
- Support the client throughout the configuration, customization, testing, and go-live phases to ensure they understand the newly implemented processes;
- Collaborate with the support team and resolve more complex cases.

**Qualifications and skills**:
**Degree**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.

**Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in implementing management solutions;
- Experience as a superuser of Microsoft Dynamics solutions is an asset.

**Job requirement**:

- Occasional travel to client sites.

**Skills**:
