We are looking for a SAP eWM Functional Analyst who will be part of SAP Centre of Expertise (CoE) Logistics team and report to the Team Lead, SAP Logistics. This group will consist of both business process and technical experts across multiple domains, who will provide support and continuous improvement to enable the business and wider organization to achieve its goals and future growth objectives. We are looking for smart, independent, and motivated individuals who are excited to be part of this exciting growth journey.

**About Logistics COE Team**: We are a small and passionate team of 4 members with collaborative, flexible and hybrid work culture. As part of the Logistics team, you will get an opportunity to work on continuous improvements initiatives and different projects to enable business functions. You will also get exposure and opportunity to explore and learn various SAP S4 integrated modules such as SAP Transportation Management, SAP Logistics Business Network ( LBN).

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Provide expert knowledge in the SAP eWM to respond to business requirements, and position potential solutions

Develop relationships with key business users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP solution.

Collaborate with business and PMO in demand management, project prioritization and best practices.

Participate in the elaboration of project implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Participate in relevant project implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including design, configuration, testing and implementation.

Generate functional and design specifications as per business requirements and supervise/guide key resources for the development and testing phases.

Acquire knowledge of emerging functionality / solutions, and contribute to their successful implementation within the businesses, where appropriate

Supports organizational change management functions in the development and delivery of end user training, change impact assessments and job aids.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
University degree or equivalent by experience

At least 10 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP eWM.

Expert functional and configuration knowledge of extended warehouse management functionalities such as warehouse organization structure, putaway strategies, picking strategies, wave management,Warehouse Order/Tasks, Physical inventory, integration with RF devices(mobile data entry) etc

Demonstrate expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management and capable of designing and implementing SAP best practices.

Perform an active role in the internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to bring our technical solutions to the next level.

Good Understanding of S4 HANA processes and integration with other SAP modules such as TM ,SD,P2P ,FI and third party integrations

Experience with international and large-scale projects, cutover, go-live and data migration

Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities.
