**Processing Operator III - 12 month night shift**
This position reports to Processing Supervisor and is based in Guelph, Ontario, CANADA.

**What you will do**
The Processing Operator III is responsible to operate processing equipment, execute batches in their prescribed area of expertise, and ensure the shift is in compliance with all applicable quality and safety regulations. The OP III is a member of the Processing Supervisory team, acting to assist and support the Shift Supervisors, covering for them during absences/unavailability, to ensure all shift team members are conducting their production activities in compliance with Kenvue policies and procedures.:
Key Responsibilities:
- ensuring operators are performing work safely, ensuring the highest possible quality of the products being manufactured, coordinating with the Maintenance group to ensure processing equipment is ready for production.
- will ensure proper set-up & adjustment of manufacturing equipment to support the production of Kenvue's products.
- will also be required to help ensure a high level of productivity across the operation. The OP III acts as a coach and mentor to the shift staff, providing guidance and constructive feedback, to help facilitate a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- The OP III is required to ensure an inclusive work environment. Executing the Production Schedule in a safe and efficient manner is a core duty of the OP III.
- Provide input into the staff performance management process. Openly call out great practices and recognize strong performance. Act to identify areas in staff performance and coach the staff members to help their learning and development.
- Clear hurdles by providing resources and support to shift staff to ensure that they can execute successfully, efficiently and in a compliant manner.
- Identifies and executes continuous improvement projects to improve throughput or reduce costs. Monitor and record all processing parameters and maintain all necessary processing and cleaning/sanitation documentation. Creation and execution of training plans for employees. Facilitates edits/updates to documentation (SOPs, OJTs and OWRWs) as assigned. Provide set-up / troubleshooting expertise as required.
- Performs appropriate SAP/MES transactions in accordance with the SOP. Ensures accurate, timely and complete data recording of progress and downtime events in the Plant Cockpit system. Department goal of 95% completion of downtime events. Seek out opportunities to improve the safety, compliance and efficiency of the J&J Guelph Site operations. Ensures that the team actively participates in related initiatives, performs work according to established practices, and meets performance standards in all areas. Maintains an updated and current training record and adheres to training timelines. Ensure that all shift personnel are trained, and their training is maintained in a compliant state relevant to their position. Identifies opportunities to cross-train staff to improve shift performance and reliability.

- Ensure quality and compliance in all actions by:
Identifying and acting to remedy any potential safety concerns or issues. Maintaining a sound understanding of GMPs and GDPs. Attend GMP training on the schedule designated for my role and as appropriate for the role. Adhere to strict compliance with procedures applicable to the role.
