**Job Description**:
Today we are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join the marketing team under the Autonomous Systems Business Line.

The main responsibilities for the Sales & Marketing Manager will be to contribute to the team's marketing and sales efforts.

Responsabilities:
As part of the Sales and Marketing's team of the Autonomous Systems Business Line:

- Represent and sell CS Group expertise in trade shows (Canada and US)
- Identify new prospects for the Autonomous & Electric Systems ecosystem
- Propose innovative solutions to customers
- Prepare and write proposal to close business opportunities
- Build pricing model spreadsheets based on CS Group tools and processes
- Create and maintain strong customer relations
- Develop marketing tools and package technical-commercial offers
- Participate to the recruitment of new employees

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor in Sales and Marketing (Engineering an asset)
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role (Sales, BD and/or Marketing)
- Experience in high tech industries and/or engineering services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Team player and positive attitude in influencing all team member
