**Position Overview**
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Insight Health Solutions, the Manager, Mental Health Services is an integral member of the Insight Health Solutions Program’s leadership team.
While operations and the delivery of high quality programing is the bread and butter of the role, an entrepreneurial and strategic mind-set is required to lead and grow a program with multiple customers and clients, while always providing a supportive environment for staff.
A customer-focused orientation is critical in this role. Customers are multiple and include the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), other insurers and employers and well as individuals who self-direct to access services.
**_What you’ll do this year:_**
- Continue to build and develop a high functioning team of health care professionals that will deliver the highest quality of clinical care with excellent outcomes to our customers and clients;
- Deliver standardized, efficient clinical programs, leveraging metrics to ensure success;
- Oversee multiple mental health services and contracts to a variety of customers; Launch new programs to new sectors and new organizations, working closely with the business development team;
- Represent the program internally and externally through various formal and informal opportunities e.g., conferences, meetings etc.
- Measure your success, incorporate feedback and adjust where necessary.

What you’ll do each day:_**
- Execute on program specific goals and objectives;
- Collaborate with the manager and clinical coordinator teams to ensure consistency in service delivery and execution of effective actions plans to address service delivery variances or quality concerns;
- Continue to build and lead a program known for its excellent clinical performance and track performance indicators along with implementing effective actions plans to remedy any variances;
- Build external relationships with customers and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and performance;
- Establish Process Improvement and Quality Assurance plans and practice through your collaboration with other program managers, clinical coordinators, administrators and physicians/surgeons across Insight Health Solutions;
- Lead by example, exemplifying THP’s values of compassion, excellence and courage and build a high performing team.
**Responsibilities**:
**Program Operations**
- Hire, onboard and develop clinical and administrative teams
- Ensure adherence to customer contractual requirements
- Quality focus from a business and clinical perspective
**Relationship management**
- Develop and nurture effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders including key customers
- Collaborate with the operational managers and others including clinical teams within Insight Health Solutions, THP Solutions and THP more broadly
- Work closely with the physician lead to ensure effective operations and quality oversight
**Quality/contract adherence**
- Work with physicians and clinical teams to ensure reports and services are of the highest standard
- Oversee audits; provide feedback to individuals regarding the quality of their work and the steps required to improve where applicable
- Ensures the development and maintenance of professional standards in all aspects of the services
**Financial Management**
- Responsible for financial management including budget development, monthly and quarterly performance
- Develop, plan and implement innovative models and ideas that enhance quality of care delivery and operational efficiencies
**Qualifications**:
- Baccalaureate degree in Business or Health related field required; RHP e.g., Occupational Therapy, preferred
- Master’s degree or current registration in a Graduate program preferred (e.g. Health Administration, Leadership, Quality)
