**About Us**:The Canadian Insurance Center is a call center specializing in providing insurance to Canadians. We are currently seeking motivated and energetic individual to join our team as Cold Calling Specialists. As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or lists.
- Introduce our services to prospects using a complaint script.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic tone while engaging with prospects.
- Overcome objections and address concerns effectively to generate interest.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for interested prospects.
- Accurately record and update prospect information in our CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Resilient and able to handle objections with professionalism.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Previous cold calling or sales experience is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
