Search Associate, Marketing

**Overview**

As a Search Associate, you will join the Performance Marketing team and be a part of a collaborative cross-functional team responsible for driving customer growth and efficiency across Search.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute campaign strategy and testing, including: ad copy, landing page, audience, and channel expansion testing
- Monitor Paid Search Marketing trends and generate insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization
- Daily management of search campaigns from planning & execution to analysis and reporting
- Carry out campaign management tasks including: strategy, optimization, budget control and forecasting
- Analyze, interpret, and share campaign results, disseminate learnings, identify opportunities, and propose recommendations to improve future campaign performance
- Coordinate across internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Brand Marketing, Creative, Customer Experience, Business Analytics, Data, Technology etc. to execute SEM, PMAX, and Demand Gen strategies end-to-end

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelors’ degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Paid Search Engine Marketing marketing, planning and implementing SEM strategies utilizing Google and Microsoft Ad platforms
- At least 2 year of experience analyzing and evaluating campaign performance
- “Self-starter”, strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing and SEM specific technology tools
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
- Ability to work with high-performing team mates, as well as partners across the enterprise

**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing marketing with responsibilities overseeing high volume and multi-million dollar media budgets
- SA360 and CM360 certified
- Experience in other channels including: Programmatic, Social, and SEO
- Experience in project management
- Experience using SEM Rush or equivalent tools

Associates working in the hybrid model are expected to come into the office 3 days a week across Tuesdays and Thursdays, reserving Mondays and Fridays as company-wide virtual days. As was true before the pandemic, expectations of being in the office will be balanced with personal life flexibility.
