**Your Role**:
Clarius is on the lookout for a meticulous individual with a passion for numbers and a desire to contribute to the world of healthcare innovation. Our finance team is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for full cycle accounts payable and will take part in innovation projects within the finance group.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our accounts payable processes, ensuring the accurate processing of invoices, vendor management, and expense reports. Your role will extend beyond financial operations, as you collaborate with various teams to identify process improvements, recommend cost-saving initiatives, and contribute to the continued success of Clarius Mobile Health.

**Your Responsibilities Include**:

- Full-cycle accounts payable, including 3-way match, entering PO and non-PO vendor invoices, handling vendor inquiries, preparing vendor payments and reconciling vendor statements
- Adding and maintaining accurate vendor master files
- Process corporate card and out-of-pocket expense reports
- Complete credit card reconciliations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide recommendations on cost saving opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with all levels of the Company and vendors
- Special assignments, ad hoc projects and other administrative duties as required

**Your Experience So Far**:

- Completion of an Accounting diploma program from an accredited business school or program with 2+ years experience in accounts payable
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting concepts and principles
- Exceptional organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities, including the ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Resourceful with outstanding problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system and Concur would be an asset
- Basic understanding of Canadian and international sales tax
