Barrie, Canada Plas Tech Extrusions Ltd. Full time

Attend scheduled shifts on regular basis.
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing the caller to the appropriate extension.
- Meet and greet clients, visitors and temporary workers.
- Create and modify documents using company software.
- Perform general clerical duties to include; but not limited to; photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations.
- Preparing customer production reports, gathering the information, preparing and sending to customer.
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Purchasing raw material, packaging supplies, office supplies, safety equipment and any other items.
- Tracking incoming and outgoing orders and delivery dates.
- Tracking samples sent via Fed-Ex or UPS.
- Follow up with new customer shipments.
- Picking up office supplies, water, and various other items as needed.
- Handling customer service inquires.
- SRED supporting documentation.
- Inventory management.
- Marketing material, business cards
- Management of the database.
- Data entry.
- Website management.
- Preparing labels and documentation for production.
- Arrange travel arrangement for Business Development Managers.
- Organize returned merchandise authorization with corresponding departments.
- Work with temp agencies in scheduling temp workers.
- Assist in human resources duties.
- Assist in production scheduling duties.
- Other safe duties assigned by Plas Tech Extrusions Ltd.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
