Arne’s Welding Ltd. a leading manufacturer of Aggregate and Lowbed Trailers in Western Canada is seeking a Shot Blaster to join our team.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The position of Shot Blaster will provide daily Shot Blasting of trailers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Shot Blast trailers and trailer parts in a Shot Blast booth environment.
- Experience in shot blasting large equipment.
- In some cases, able shot blast one piece of equipment without stopping till units is finished
- Maintain daily and weekly preventative maintenance of equipment.
- A good understanding or familiar with MOD-U-BLAST equipment
- Able to perform shot blast profile measurement.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience on large equipment.
- Physically fit to move shot blast by hand in some case and reload blast hopper.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills.
- Some knowledge and experience with Continuous Improvement principles.
- Experience in the heavy trailer industry or similar.
- Experience using MOD-U-BLAST equipment.

**HOURS**:Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

**Experience**:
