Assistant Manager Legal Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Assistant Manager cum Legal Assistant** to join our team. This role offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work part-time to full-time based on your availability and our needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Provide legal support, including drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and managing case files
- Handle client communications, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and track important deadlines
- Utilize MS Word and Outlook to draft and format legal and business documents
- Support lawyers by liaising with clients, government agencies, and external partners
- Contribute to a positive team culture with excellent communication and public relations skills
**Qualifications**
- Authorization to work in Canada is required
- Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certificate, Diploma, or a Degree is a bonus
- **Assets**: Knowledge of digital marketing, LinkedIn, CLIO, or Lawcus is a plus

**Compensation**
- $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
