Role Overview:
As a Brand Manager at Showcase, you'll be at the forefront of driving top-line sales growth and creating a highly engaging and interactive in-store customer experience. Your visionary leadership will inspire and motivate your team, while working collaboratively with your district manager to support your store's unique vision during monthly visits.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Rocking Personal Sales: Lead by example, setting the bar high for outstanding personal sales. Your passion for the hottest trends will inspire your team and customers alike.
2. Building a Dream Team: Recruit and train sales associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Foster a positive and dynamic team environment where everyone thrives.
3. Elevating the Customer Experience: Create a strong customer service environment where every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Engage customers in a personalized and memorable way.
4. Operational Excellence: Execute merchandising and standardize all operational procedures, including payroll, tasks, inventory management, and cash balancing. Maintain the store's appearance to the highest standards.
**Requirements**:
1. Store Management Experience: Bring your 2+ years of experience in retail management to lead our store to success. Your proven leadership abilities will be essential in driving sales and fostering a thriving store culture.
2. Exceptional Communication: Possess a strong command of written and spoken English to effectively connect with customers and team members. Your communication skills will foster a positive and engaging store atmosphere.
3. Analytical Prowess: Utilize your strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize store performance. Track and measure key performance indicators to achieve success.
