Tow Truck Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Operator to join our team. As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and recovering vehicles in need of assistance. This position requires excellent driving skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours. If you are a problem solver with a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Safely operate a tow truck and tow vehicles as required
- Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently
- Assess the condition of vehicles and determine appropriate towing methods
- Secure vehicles properly to the tow truck to ensure damage-free transport
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and complete necessary paperwork
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tow trucks to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Proven experience as a tow truck operator or in a similar role is preferred
- Exceptional driving skills and ability to operate a tow truck in various weather conditions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Hiring multiple positions for different times; days, evenings, and weekends.
- Willingness to work overnight shifts for one weekend per month
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions

- Monday to Friday
