**Job Summary**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new customers, generating sales proposals and agreements with an emphasis on new markets
- Lead sales activities to maximize revenues, margin targets, and overall corporate objectives
- Develop strong client relationships that provide significant input to planning company product, price, and service strategies
- Solicit new business opportunities within territory
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaisons, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
- Grow market share, product margin, and book of business within assigned territory
- Prepare, organize, and present customer presentations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and present immediate and longer-term strategies for sales that are consistent with the company’s strategic plan
- Lead account management and sales activities on major accounts including pricing, packages, and discount negotiations
- Effectively communicate both the product and service offerings
- Support sales activities including pre-sales documentation, contracts, quotations, bids, administration, and planning
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and customers utilizing high touch activity via direct sales calls
- Provide analysis and data for sales forecasting and budget preparation
- Represent and promote the organization at meetings and conventions
- Other duties as necessary to support a rapidly growing organization
**Salary**: $205,000 CAD
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related disciple preferred
- 3+ years of successful sales experience maintaining account relationships and meeting sales targets
- 2+ years of solutions selling experience with a track record of success in new business development and sales goal achievement
- Experience prospecting, following up with customers, and a consultative approach to selling
- Prior outside sales experience with manufacturing/corrugated packing or related industry strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship building abilities with the aptitude to grow and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
- Professional written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels both internally and externally
- A self-starter who is action oriented, organized, and possesses a strong sense of urgency
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
