**Job Summary**:
The Commercial Window Installer is responsible for the precise and efficient installation of commercial windows, curtainwalls, and doors. This role involves working closely with the project team to ensure installations meet company standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. The installer will interpret blueprints, prepare materials, and execute installations with attention to detail and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Installation**:

- Install commercial windows, curtainwalls, and doors in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Ensure all installations are secure, weatherproof, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Perform adjustments and modifications as necessary to achieve optimal fit and function.

2. **Preparation and Planning**:

- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions.
- Measure and mark surfaces to ensure accurate placement and alignment.
- Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment required for installation.

3. **Quality Control**:

- Inspect and test installed products to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
- Identify and address any issues or defects promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all materials are properly handled and stored.

4. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols at all times.
- Comply with local building codes and regulations.

5. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other team members to coordinate installation activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide support and guidance to junior installers and apprentices as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- *Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial window, curtainwall, and door installation.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in construction or a related field is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work is performed on construction sites, often in varying weather conditions.
- May require standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
