**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and replace windows and doors products in accordance with company/industry standards and project requirements
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installations
- Ensuring proper measurements, fit, alignment, sealing, caulking, and functionality
- Travel to various job sites within the Greater Toronto Area
- Lift heavy objects as part of the installation process
- Ensure all installations are completed on time and to the highest standard of quality

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in windows and doors installation
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle as travel around the Greater Toronto Area is required
- Be able to measure opening accurately and provide to production
- Strong attention to detail and precision in installation work
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and equipment relevant to the trade.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Comfortable working from heights
