Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Provide accurate information about rental rates, lease terms, and property amenities
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Collect rent payments and maintain tenant records in the property management system
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections
- Address tenant concerns and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including creating online listings and organizing open houses

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred (not required)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to negotiate lease terms and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks
- Familiarity with property management software an asset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
