_**The Position**_

We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Maintenance Technician with an eye for detail to join our team. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager and Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician will assist in a variety of jobs concerning the general upkeep, improvement, and maintenance of the properties.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions; both verbal and written.
- Reliable and responsive team player.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, even as priorities change, and emergencies intervene.
- Prioritize, schedule, and monitor a workload independently and within a team, to meet project goals in a safe and timely manner.
- Self-starter that can manage their time and projects to meet deadlines.
- Assist tradespeople as needed or required.
- Has hands-on experience with tools and maintenance.

Must have basic tools.

Must have reliable transportation.

Painting skills are an asset.

Computer/smartphone skills are an asset.

Experience in different aspects of building maintenance are an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
