Gestion de patrimoine et services bancaires aux particuliers
Nous aidons les clients à constituer, à gérer et à protéger leur patrimoine. Nous offrons une gamme de services allant des services bancaires aux particuliers aux prêts et aux prêts hypothécaires, en passant par les produits de placement, d’épargne et de gestion de patrimoine. Le responsable, services aux particuliers est un ambassadeur de la marque pour la Banque HSBC Canada et offre une expérience exceptionnelle aux clients en déterminant leurs besoins et en y répondant au premier point de contact.
Il travaille en contact direct avec les clients en succursale, cherchant à stimuler la croissance des revenus, à satisfaire et dépasser les besoins des clients et à maximiser les occasions dans l’ensemble des segments de clients.
Vos responsabilités
- Faire preuve d’une bonne compréhension des produits et services de la HSBC et être capable de les décrire au client avec confiance et de manière engageante.
- Poser des questions efficaces et écouter les réponses afin de bien comprendre la situation financière et les besoins des clients nouveaux et existants.
- Acheminer les recommandations aux spécialistes des succursales et aux collègues des services HSBC Premier et de gestion de patrimoine afin d’offrir au client les meilleurs conseils possibles.
- Aider les clients à comprendre comment profiter de la flexibilité des services de la HSBC grâce aux services bancaires téléphoniques, par Internet et aux points de libre-service afin de répondre à l’évolution de leurs besoins.
- Vous montrer proactif afin d’établir et de développer une clientèle à l’aide des listes de clients, des recommandations et des visiteurs en succursale.
Conditions
- Être animé du désir d’offrir continuellement une expérience client exceptionnelle.
- Offrir continuellement un service personnalisé, courtois et efficace en tout temps.
- Maîtriser l’art de la communication afin d’établir des liens professionnels solides.
- Manifester votre compréhension des exigences des clients en sachant repérer l’information.
- Savoir protéger la Banque en abordant les sujets délicats avec les clients, comme le blanchiment d’argent, les sanctions, les plaintes et la planification successorale.
- Être disponible pour travailler 30 heures par semaine pendant les heures d'ouverture de la succursale, du lundi au samedi, de 9 h à 17h.
