Position**:Accounts Receivable Analyst**
Location : Southbridge Health Care LP, Cambridge ON
Southbridge Health Care LP (Southbridge) is currently looking to add a talented Accounts Receivable Analyst to our amazing corporate finance team at our head office in Cambridge, ON_. _Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Analyst will support the accounts receivable function of Southbridge’s Long-Term Care and Retirement homes.
Southbridge is the owner and operator of long-term care homes and retirement communities in Ontario. Southbridge’s mission is to operate a best-in-class portfolio of care homes and retirement communities that consistently deliver excellence in care and services in an economically sustainable manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Accounts Receivable function including timely and accurate processing of resident payments.
- Complete the monthly billing process
- Reconciliation of monthly resident billings and resident trust account
- Review cash receipts.
- Assist with the collections process including contacting residents/resident representatives to resolve any issues.
- Review discrepancies through discussions with home staff and operations.
- Assist in preparation of AR reporting packages.
- Assist with audit requests where needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Sage Intacct is considered an asset.
- Experience with PCC is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).
- Post-secondary in areas of business, accounting or related field considered and asset.
