**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma, Certification or equivalent in the computer science field or a related field; **OR,**:

- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum 6 months experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.
- Experience with government policies and standards relating to the delivery of IT programs.
- Experience with JIRA and/or Service Now.

There is currently a temporary opportunity available until 6/28/2024, this temporary opportunity may become permanent.
