The Ministry provides leadership and direction for post-secondary education and skills training as well as labour market information and programs.

The Client Support Analyst provides front-line information technology support and problem resolution services (help desk - tier 1 and tier 2) to enable all ministry users, IT Coordinators and sector clients to use computer resources in a multiple platform and multiple site environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment; **OR**:

- Experience helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software or other complicated systems or detailed processes.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered

**About this Position**:
There is currently one (1) regular full time position available.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
